Marcos Vargas

Having received his license in 2005, Marcos spent most of his career catering to buyers. In 2011, Marcos joined his older brother Ed to form a partnership known as the “Probate Brothers.” Together they have a 99.7% list price to sales price ratio on their listings. The words that clients use to describe Marcos are understanding and compassionate. Both Marcos and Ed strive to improve their business and in doing so, belong to an Elite Agent Network Tom Ferry International that only the top 1% of realtors in the country participate. When Marcos is out of the office, you’ll likely find him hiking, paddle boarding and boxing. He fights just as hard in his real estate business as he does in the ring.
