Having received his license in 2005, Marcos spent most of his career catering to buyers. In 2011, Marcos joined his older brother Ed to form a partnership known as the “Probate Brothers.” Together they have a 99.7% list price to sales price ratio on their listings. The words that clients use to describe Marcos are understanding and compassionate. Both Marcos and Ed strive to improve their business and in doing so, belong to an Elite Agent Network Tom Ferry International that only the top 1% of realtors in the country participate. Since 2011 Ed has sold 100+ probate, trust and conservatorship properties. That’s equivalent to 50-60x more homes than most agents in their entire career! Through his experience, Ed has created unique processes to optimize profitability for homes regardless of their condition. When away from the office, Ed is a devoted husband and father to his wife and three children. On any given weekend you’ll find Ed at local sports complex cheering on his kids in their respective sports. Ed describes both the experience of time with his family and helping his probate clients as “pure joy.”
