My mother passed away in April of 2020, and her house had to be sold through probate. When my son passed away unexpectedly and I became administrator to his estate in California, GOD sent me Ed Vargas. Not only was I grieving but was facing an impossible task of selling his home while I lived in another state. Ed evaluated the property needs, found me very reasonably priced people to fulfill those needs, and supervised the work being done. The property sold quickly and Ed actively negotiated a sales price that turned out to be higher than the appraised value.
